Orders over £30 qualify for free delivery. A £4.50 delivery charge applies to orders under £30.
DHL Express
For a faster delivery service, DHL Express is available for £8. Delivery is free on orders over £100.

Ireland Delivery
We offer straightforward delivery across Ireland, with free delivery available on qualifying orders.OMC Couriers.
Orders are shipped via OMC Couriers at a rate of £4.50. Delivery is free on orders over £30. Your delivery option and any applicable charges will be clearly shown at checkout.
United States Delivery

International shipping to the United States is available at a flat rate of £54.
Please note that any import duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees imposed by US authorities are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping charge.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, reflecting destination, parcel dimensions, and selected service options.
The full amount is presented prior to purchase (no unwelcome surprises.)
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (GMT) may be handled the following business day.
Upon dispatch, a confirmation email with tracking details will be issued.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For selected destinations, Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) shipping is available. In such cases, all applicable duties, taxes, and clearance fees are included at checkout.

While we ensure meticulous dispatch, customs clearance remains outside our jurisdiction.

Delays or Lost Shipments

International Returns
Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Shipments refused or returned due to customs-related issues may incur additional charges, which will be deducted from any applicable refund.
