Recommended intake:
Zell Oxygen® is a concentrate, therefore take 20-30 ml (2-3 tablespoons) per day diluted with 250 ml of a drink with or after meals, either all at once or spread out, as required. We recommend taking it with apple juice. Shake up the natural ingredients before use!
