The benefits of white tea are mostly due to its incredibly high antioxidant content, which  has been scientifcally proven and it is linked to the fact that White Tea is the least prcoessed of all teas. For these reasons, White is significantly more benefical to health and well-being than other tea varities. It is a top grade, first flush tea that is also naturally low in caffeine. It is hand-blended with freshly crushed herbs to create a unique and tantalising blend.
Solaris White Tea Chai consists of the White Peony variety which is carefully sourced from the Wenyang Tea Plantation in the Fujian Province of China.
We carefully hand blend the tea with selected spices to create a silky smooth flavour  with an oriental top note. The spices added included cardamom, alongwside a blend of Star Anis, lemon peel, orange peel and whole cloves.

  • Ditecrions for use

    • Use 1 tsp per mug of 80 degrees hot water.
    • Infuse uo to 3 mins. Re-infuse up to 3 times.
    • Makes 35-105 cups (when re-infused).
