All international orders are dispatched via DHL Express, including the GoGreen+ service—an initiative designed to reduce carbon emissions through the use of sustainable aviation fuel.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, reflecting destination, parcel dimensions, and selected service options.
The full amount is presented prior to purchase (no unwelcome surprises.)
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (GMT) may be handled the following business day.
Upon dispatch, a confirmation email with tracking details will be issued.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For selected destinations, Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) shipping is available. In such cases, all applicable duties, taxes, and clearance fees are included at checkout.
Where this applies, it will be made clear during the purchasing process.
While we ensure meticulous dispatch, customs clearance remains outside our jurisdiction.

Delivery Information

Delays or Lost Shipments
Should your order exceed the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 7 days of the expected arrival date. We will liaise directly with DHL Express to investigate.
International Returns
Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Shipments refused or returned due to customs-related issues may incur additional charges, which will be deducted from any applicable refund.
