Each capsule contains 60 mg prolyloligopeptidase (34,800 PPI) (PPI = Protease Picomole International) and 40 mg of Calcium.
Adults take 1-2 capsules with some liquid at each meal. If necessary the dosage can be increased to as many as 10 capsules (e.g. at meals possibly containing increased residual gluten). The capsules can also be opened by pulling them apart and the content taken with cold or lukewarm food (<40 °C, 104 °F).
