What is Colostrum?
Colostrum is the name given to the first milk for mammals, which is produced by the mother's mammary glands in order to optimally feed the newborn. After three to five days, the colostrum changes to normal milk. Colostrum has long been underestimated. However, the latest studies show its great importance. Colostrum is a unique combination of a large number of bioactive substances and antibodies, the so-called immunoglobulins. The colostral milk of the cow contains these immune substances in a concentration 40 times higher than that of human colostrum. Colostrum therefore contains a large number of valuable components. One capsule contains 190 mg of colostrum concentrate with min. 24% IgG, 40 µg Folic acid.
